We love helping new owners with their electrical needs. When we rough-in, this is the time we do all the wiring and placement for the light switches and outlets, etc., and make they are in the right position before the dry wall is installed. These can all be customized from both the aesthetic and functional angle. For example, sometimes it’s nice to have 3-way switching next to the bed so you don’t have to get up to turn the main lights off in the bedroom, or to have smart switches so you can control lights from anywhere with an audio command. You may prefer not to have a group of switches in a place that doesn’t suit the aesthetics, but instead put them somewhere where it’s not so noticeable. There are many different options available.

Trim out is the final step after dry wall and painting is completed. We install the switches, outlets and cover plates. We pride ourselves on making sure everything is straight, true, and clean. After all, this is a brand-new house, and everything should look right.

Whether you are doing a complete remodel, a kitchen renovation, or adding a new bedroom or bathroom, it is important to do the electrical right. We’re not talking about simply putting the wires in the right place, but ensuring that all the switches and lighting is going to serve you best for the next 20 years or so, until you do the next remodel. We like to work with the owners to ensure that what the architect has on the plan will actually serve you best. Oftentimes, these plans are only done to pass the permitting process, but not necessarily from the angle of the way to make things work best for the owner. .

Unlike a lot of HVAC contractors, we are also Electrical contractors. We are licensed to do both the Air Conditioning Installation and the electrical hookup in- house. We do our best to make sure that everything runs as efficiently as possible. We specialize in air conditioning installation with high seer-rated machines, as we know that a few dollars a month makes a big difference over the life of a machine you will have for at least 10 years.

We can make upgrading your electrical service hassle free. We take care of permitting, inspections, and dealing with HECO to get either your new or upgraded service connected as quickly as possible.

After working on movie sets for 20 years, Richard has developed a keen eye for lighting, which involves getting both the correct light level, as well as mood and ambiance. For example, LED flex lights can be hidden above or below a chair rail so the bounce from the light makes a very soft, ambient light. This looks really nice in bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms and definitely takes things up a notch. Recessed lights can be customized with varying degrees of warmth/color to create different looks/moods. There are many different options for lighting, which can be used very artistically to create a very comfortable and pleasing home, work, or display space.
